Greg Cullen, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Energy Northwest, discussed the Joint Operating Agency’s clean energy portfolio and the role it can play in helping Washington meet its Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA) goals while addressing growing electricity demand. He highlighted opportunities for utilities to develop data center infrastructure in ways that benefit all utility customers.
