PSE - "Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is seeking proposals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from PSE’s natural gas distribution system. This RFP intends to identify and fund projects that would reduce supply side and/or demand side emissions from PSE’s system. PSE will consider any proposal that meets the requirements described in the RFP.
PSE has hired Carbon Direct to provide independent evaluator (IE) services for this Gas Decarbonization RFP. Information about the role and scope of the IE can be found in the RFP document linked below. Find more information here."
