Throughout my career, I’ve had a passion for big work. I started, built, led, and sold Resourceful, a strategic HR firm focused on organizational and business impact for companies in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. I went on to direct the Northwest HR consulting practice for the acquiring billion-dollar company, OneDigital, before deciding to focus on executive coaching full-time.
I take a deeply personalized approach with the leaders, executives, and business owners I coach, going deep to help each client zero in on the most powerful levers to accelerate progress toward their goals. I am committed to hands-on coaching that drives real results for individuals, teams, and businesses.
