Everyone at the CleanTech Alliance is excited to welcome you to our new community portal, hosted on ToucanTech. This will now be the central hub for all our committee and project work—and we’re thrilled to bring everything together in one easy, organized place.

Why we’re doing this:
We know how challenging it can be to keep track of meeting invites, documents, email threads, and updates spread across multiple platforms. Our goal with this portal is to increase engagement, improve effectiveness, and help you get more value from your CleanTech Alliance membership.

What you can expect from the new portal:

• All committee business in one location — agendas, documents, resources, updates, and discussions are now centralized and easy to find.
• Simple meeting RSVPs — let us know you’re attending with one click. You’ll also see easy “Add to Calendar” buttons on the portal and in registration email confirmations.
• No more buried emails — documents and materials live in the portal, so you’ll never lose track of important files again.
• Better connections between meetings — discussion boards, messaging tools, and member profiles make it easier to collaborate, share ideas, and stay in touch.
• Visibility across projects — you’ll be able to see the committees and initiatives you’re part of at a glance.

This is very much an evolving portal, and we know there may be a few learning curves and the occasional bump as we all get used to it. I encourage you to reach out to us with any bugs you spot, challenges you run into, or suggestions for making the experience even better.

Your feedback will help us shape this into a tool that truly works for you.

To get started:

• Click 'Register.' You may find the system recoginzes you - we have imported the bulk of our membersihp database. If so, connect and get started exploring the new site. If not, please create a profile.
• Check out our 'Projects' page - where you will find every active commitee and workgroup. 
  • You may already be enrolled in some, staff are hard at work setting up all our comittees for you!
  • Request to join any you belong to, that aren't already connected.
  • OR - Find a new project and add it to your work!
